Can I book a taxi at a train station?
Yes, you can, but only if you can specify a specific address + house number.
Do I get a confirmation after ordering a taxi?
Only if you have ordered by mail. You will then receive an e-mail with the confirmation.
Can I agree on a fixed price in advance?
Yes. In principle, every driver drives on the meter. But if you want you can make a price agreement with the driver at the moment of boarding. Once the meter is running, this is no longer possible.
How many people are allowed to ride in a taxi?
In a sedan 4 people can ride.
Can I call in a taxi?
Yes, unless the driver indicates that he or she objects to this.
Does the driver take the shortest or the fastest route?
A driver automatically drives the shortest route. During the rush hour or road breaks, the driver can discuss with you whether the fastest route is also an option.
Can I pay with my credit card in the taxi?
Yes, in all taxis you can pay by credit card, except Diners Club.
Can I pay with a PIN card in the taxi?
Yes, you can pay with a PIN-card in all our taxis.
Can I pay with foreign currency?
Our drivers generally accept US dollars and English pounds. If you want to pay with one of these currencies, please indicate this with your order.
Can I be transported in a taxi in my wheelchair?
No, you can not stay in your wheelchair in the taxi. If you can get out of the wheelchair and the wheelchair is collapsible, a taxi can carry you.
Can I bring my bike in the taxi?
No, unfortunately our taxis are not equipped to transport bicycles.
Can my pet in the taxi?
Yes, pets are not usually a problem if kept on a leash or in a cage. In any case, state it with your order. There is, however, an exception for guide dogs. Guide dogs should not be refused.
Can I use a taxi for transportation during my wedding?
Yes, you can always order or reserve taxis via the taxi4u-rda.nl website. We can not only meet special requirements, such as paying in advance. For this you must send an email to info@taxi4u-ard.nl.
Can I transport a baby in a taxi?
Yes, but only if an adult goes with it.
Can my child only travel by taxi?
A child may from 9 years of age independently travel with a taxi from us. State the final destination with your order, the name of the person who receives the child on arrival and telephone numbers of the persons concerned.
